Kansas's deadline is being fought over in court right now. The statute says your ballot must arrive by the close of polls; a court order currently still counts ballots postmarked by Election Day that arrive by the Friday after. The state's own advice, and ours: get it in by the close of polls and don't rely on the court order. You can drop it at any polling place in your county, or any county drop box, until polls close.
